      Pros

      Smart and intelligent people, flexible and fun workplace. Good culture. Scaling up a company with healthy customers and good products Great vision and direction, Impact company. No B/S Raised the bar for excellence and pushing out toxic and less competent people.

      Cons

      Very global company Not everyone is suited for a scaling-up phase, as things are constantly changing.

      Pros

      -Super interesting product -Incredibly smart and talented staff members -Solving a real complex world-wide issue that can have monumental impact - makes the work even more meaningful -Very caring values making every day worthwhile -Exemplary CEO setting expectations the rest of the company to follow.

      Cons

      The company was growing like wildfire from 2020-2023 and has slowed down a bit in the last two years. Although it looks like this will pick up again soon - I miss the fast paced nature of the business. But on the other hand, it has given us more time to focus on perfecting our product and allowing us to become a true market leader in the Transit Tech space.
