Pros
High tech industry. Great amenities. Family atmosphere. Smaller company, nimble. CEO/founder is a great. Fair, smart, deliberate, open, generous, etc. Many employees are super smart and for the most part everyone is pulling the rope in the same direction. There are several employees that have been here for 20-25 years. That says a lot.
Cons
CEO is very involved in most functions. Usually very beneficial. Sometimes slows us down. We use some legacy systems that have seen better days.
