A lot of experienced employees willing to share advice with newer staff. More confidence after getting familiar with company expectations and daily responsibilities. Better understanding of office operations after spending time here. I like that managers communicate updates clearly and usually listen when employees raise concerns or ask questions.

Cons

Certain situations become frustrating when priorities suddenly change without much notice.
