At O360, you work with a wide variety of people with different backgrounds. Great place to learn new things within the field. They also have employee benefits with potential bonus opportunities, depending on your role/position. Good work/life balance overall when compared to industry standards.

Cons

Typical Monday through Friday 9am-5pm hours of operation; can be a turn off for some.
