Pros
Positive, friendly, upbeat employment managers/recruiters with available positions to fill.
Cons
Not exactly good a placing appropriate temps in contracted positions based upon the skill set(s) of the temps presented to clients....more of "warm body to fill this slot" kind of an operation....leading, inevitably, to poor placements....and even poorer results.
