- Strong office culture. Great for learning and networking - It is easy to get involved in different projects across teams. The organisation is lean so people usually appreciate the help
Cons
- People who aren't internally motivated or outgoing may struggle to progress as you need to be able to be assertive to get the most out of it - Clients have very high expectations and want to be able to work directly with senior engineers, which isn't always possible. This can lead to frustration
