      Great culture and people, opportunity to grow and develop, good challenges, interesting projects and long-standing client relationships.

      Cons

      I don’t really see a negative side, maybe that the service and market is changing really fast, but that is a good challenge.

      - knowledgeable, dedicated and friendly coworkers - accessible management - high level of team spirit - new office space

      Cons

      - a lot of active projects to switch between (not for everyone) - vague, de-facto standards on how to do things in software development (on the other hand, this gives you more freedom, but again, it's not for everyone)
