      Pros

      Let's focus on promoting positivity and growth instead of dwelling on negative reviews. If you have moved on from Optoma, it would be beneficial to leave any grievances behind and embrace new opportunities. Encouraging a harmonious environment is crucial to Optoma, as it is in any place of business, as it allows us to channel our energies into productive endeavors rather than fostering unnecessary animosity. While everyone is entitled to their own experiences, it's essential to refrain from posting false and negative remarks about a business. Engaging in such behavior is unprofessional and does not contribute to a constructive dialogue for any party involved. Negative experiences should not overshadow the positive experiences of others. I was at Optoma for 3+ years, and the information I have come across is not only inaccurate but wildly absurd.
