Pros

Good casual rates and double pay during holidays which is great for students. Plenty of opportunities to grow for example you can become a team leader if your good. Management team is great and listens to their employees

Cons

Work is repetitive and can get busy/stressful during big games. Each shift is dependent on the staff members.
