      Perfect place to start your career as you get to learn alot. You are given an opportunity by seeing your capabilities and put in what you could be best at. Flexible in terms of kind of work you do as long as you get output, so let's you be creative in your ways. Constant support and supervision from seniors is helpful for fast growth.

      Alot is expected from you, so you have to put effort through out your job period to adapt to new things. Only people with good learning curve can stay long-term here.
