A challenging firm that makes you push your limits
Pros
The all round development that the firm provides pretty much prepares you for life. The key fundamentals of being a good consultant are well imbibed working on different projects. If you are a smart person, you will like working with people here, from bottom to the top tier of management. The opportunity and trust that the firm gives/shows is appreciable. People don't get to do that in other companies with limited experience. Being a boutique consulting firm, they have elite clients from big Medtech companies.
Cons
I could not learn technical skills that I longed to learn always such as Tableau, Power BI. But after learning those myself, I don't find the need for a Management Consultant to use this very much. Second one being that there is a bond for 2 years. But if you are a fresher, it is good that you work for at least 2 years to get started on good projects. Less than 2 years of experience at any company anyway does not count much on your resume.
