Pros
Orchid Project is a small organisation, allowing employees to take on a lot of responsibility and work in many different areas. This means that you have the ability to try and explore new things within the same role. The pace is fast and exciting, and since there are so few employess, the structure is egalitarian.
Cons
Because the organisation is so small, there are not as many opportunities to move forward and progress professionally.
