      Private company with good benefits, friendly employees. I worked in the office and it is a good work environment, good camaraderie among workers, stable job and company

      Pay is not competitive and work can be boring at times and mundane, and sometimes overwhelming. no growth opportunities

      Pros

      Great privately held company that treats people fair. Great medical benefits and profit sharing. Senior management and HR department treated me with respect and really listened to my issues.

      Cons

      Pay and vacation time off could be better and that is why I left.
