Pros

Small company so everyone's voice is heard. Challenging work environment with rewarding sales incentives. Not everyone who interviews is just handed a job, must have proven track record of killing it in sales, in return the team you work with is really talented. Lots of learning and growth opportunities. Really cool B2B software that has potential to save and change many industries, tech team is incredibly talented and works fast. WFH allows flexibility but also tests your own accountability.

Cons

WFH is great but can be a bit isolating at times. Team is mostly remote but does a great job at making you feel like you're part of a family.
