      Great Company, Great Mission and Great Culture

      Pros

      The people and culture are great. Free parking, snacks and drinks in a very relaxed office atmosphere. The company is at the leading edge of genetic and diagnostic testing using automated machine systems. These results of the tests can make a real difference in people's lives.

      Cons

      None. I see some negative reviews here and think it is because the company frequently hires entry level grads who sometimes struggle with the transition from college to professional life.

      Very small software division, you wont get vibe of being in a software company. Which it really isn't.

      Innovative team that likes to get at the issues at hand. They are consistently focused on getting better and learning from mistakes. They are open about their strengths and shortcomings. The team is willing to be flexible to meet the demands.

      Cons

      Small group of people with too much going on. This can lead to communication breakdowns. They are a big idea with too little infrastructure to fully realize the vision.
