      Pros

      Flexible schedule, great team environment, great benefits, lots of opportunity for learning and tailoring your skills. The management team is extremely supportive.

      Cons

      There really are no cons. The building is in a convenient location, covered parking, etc. I have to enter 20 words so I'm going to finish this sentence about nothing.

      Pros

      The leadership is always working and looking for ways to make the company great for not only the clients, but for the employees. The new HR Director is very culture centric, and the changes are felt in a big way! I love that we are growing our client base and expanding our service offerings. There are new ideas being brought to the table nearly every day. Orthosynetics has offered me an amazing opportunity to grow my career further than I ever thought possible. Through OJT, leadership, and continued mentorship from my leader, and other leaders in the organization I have excelled and hope to continue to expand my knowledge, skills and offerings to the company.

      Cons

      Not always a great work/life balance.
