Pros
Highly encourage anyone unemployed or wanting to change companies to join Hilti. The support you get from everyone and the benefits are second to none. It's been a great journey so far and I'm looking forward to growing within the company as the company sets you up for success.

Pros
You are given lots and lots of training/advice etc. whether it's over teams or hands on where possible. If you have no industry knowledge, it is not an issue! You're provided with everything you need. Everyone is so helpful and there is always someone available to call or chat to.
Cons
Long interview process. Basic salary a little below where it needs to be for experienced candidates. But if you don't like the salary, don't go for the job.
