      Pros

      - Amazing culture. Very inclusive, and they genuinely try to keep improving. - They really care about their team. - The founder is still very hands-on and actively involved, so you actually see him on the front line. He leads by example, which is rare in this space. - Cool projects, and the option to move around within the company if you ever want a change or feel ready for something new.

      Cons

      - It’s an agency, so it’s not for everyone. You usually don’t stay on the same project for long, and the pace is fast. - Some projects are really interesting, others less so.

      Pros

      Leadership truly cares about employee development and satisfaction, so many opportunities to try out working in different industries and on different types of projects, leadership encourages you to try new things and expand your skillset, lovely team culture. Very grateful for all the experience I gained at Osedea, it really jumpstarted my career!

      Cons

      Work is fast-paced and demanding so it may be hard to maintain but the team has grown significantly over the years so workloads are likely much more manageable
