Healthy, performance based culture that respects it's team members. Encourage team members to grow and plenty of growth opportunities.
Cons
Not sure about the negative reviews recently all within 3 days, they read like they are from one this guy who I am glads he's not here anymore. Really nothing bad to say, except the commute is a little far for me.
