coworkers are supportive, nice, and fun great benefits! 100% drug coverage is amazing flexible with scheduling, I generally got all my requests fulfilled upper management very friendly and personable, and very understanding weekly pay stubs Know your schedule very early in advance, for floating You pay for your own travels and get reimbursed, got a lot of credit card perks from that Very reasonable expectations from upper management Room for promotion if you are good Internal promotions

Cons

Most stores are great, a few pharmacies are a bit disorganized and hectic to work in, but that's expected. Floating is within entire BC, so sometimes you may end up somewhere very far and cold.
