      * Cool and cutting-edge products and platform that we develop * Your views will be heard irrespective of when you joined or your experience * Lots of data if you are interested in data science * Supportive and personable supervisors/managers * High potential for continuous growth * Relaxed dress code, free snacks

      Cons

      * Because it is very fast-paced, there is a lot of work to be done always. Sometimes it can feel overwhelming * You need to put long working hours once in a while but when you are excited about the work you do and when you have tons of cool projects to work on, time flies by!

      - Team members that inspire me every day to reach for more - Being a part of true AI / Big Data product innovation - hard to find in Vegas - Rolling up my sleeves and owning multiple projects at a time - this is not for everyone, but I thrive in this startup environment - Leadership that treats team members very well - with humanity, empathy, and respect - Free lunch on Wednesdays and stocked snacks

      Cons

      Not really a con, but this really is a true startup - you must know how to navigate ambiguity, take initiative, color outside the lines but never outside of our immediate goals, pivot quickly, and simply get work done...fast. It's an inspiring environment for some but very intimidating for many.
