Pros
There's never a dull moment at PAC. It's a fast paced working environment with much opportunity for career advancement. My colleagues are diverse and very much like a second family to me. PAC closes shop for the last couple of weeks of the year, which is great for those employees with children and for planning yearly vacations. The holiday closing is in addition to regular personal time off.
Cons
There are periodic spurts of employee turnover like any other business, which, on a positive note, weeds out the unsavory coworkers. Our CEO can be tough, but he is not unreasonable, and one can learn a lot from all of his years of experience.
