Employment at PACE offers work-life balance with an ideal schedule and compassionate leave policies.
Cons
It's hard to advance from entry-level but we are working on that.

Pros
- getting to know all of the amazing clients that you will be assisting each day. - management is willing to work with you if anything pops up in your personal life. - you get to go on a lot of trips (especially in the summer) since I had been there we went to laurel caverns, hovatter zoo, riches farms, parks and pools, etc.
Cons
- you only have 30 minutes once you get home to complete all of your documenting - the pay isn't that great but it's a very rewarding job so it evens out
