Pros

PACT is a great place to work. People are friendly, dedicated and decision making is data driven. HR legitimately cares about the employees and the science is cutting edge.

Cons

The platform is a big swing, cell therapy for cancer. If you prefer traditional therapeutic approaches you might not like that.
