      Pros

      Lots of autonomy and a great group of intelligent and motivated colleagues. Management is always open to ideas for growth and improvement from employees. It is great to know that fresh ideas don't fall on deaf ears.

      Cons

      Having several office locations can make it challenging to ensure everyone is on the same page with projects, but as the weeks go by team communication is constantly improving.
