The opportunities to grow are there, you only need to ask and show the willingness to take on those responsibilities. There are a lot of talented employees at the company with a lot of knowledge. Lots of opportunities for improvement. This helps in that the company has the potential to grow quite a bit over the next few years.

Cons

It's a fast paced job that requires a level of agility, but this can be both a pro and a con, it depends on who you are and what you prefer. Departments tend to operate in their own silos, but this has been slowly changing for the better.
