Regarding mobility, yes, it's a reality that our consultants need to be adaptable and ready to work on-site at client facilities, if they are assigned to those specific projects. This flexibility is part of what makes us successful in delivering exceptional results. Most of these assignations being local in Quebec province, we sometimes get international projects, although rare. Those are handled by our senior resources for limited periods, ensuring our clients receive top-tier expertise without disrupting our team's stability.
