We usually work with foreign companies, branch, representative offices, and subsidiaries that are fully compliant to statutory and regulatory requirements.
Cons
We have a lean organization thus we need to make sure that all areas of risks are properly covered. We also need to properly take care and motivate the staff to keep them and ensure no disruptions in our client servicing.

The end product typically provides a fair representation of the cause and effect of controlling relationships resulting in damages while simultaneously providing reasonable offsets or adjustments for self imposed inefficiencies.
Cons
Principals are too close breasted with their knowledge and experience inhibiting employees and piers from growing and working together as a team.
