      Pros

      Very supportive culture, great people, pretty much zero phoniness, great location in Harvard Square. Great new interactive team.

      Cons

      Harvard Square is just a bummer to get into or out of, unless you can walk from your house. Hard to find career B2B marketing people who get genuinely jazzed by complex subject matter. Sometimes work demands get intense, but it doesn't sound anything like what people have told me who worked at other agencies and used to do things like leave a hot cup of coffee at their computer at 7:00 PM to pretend they'd be right back and then go home.

      Fantastic culture, smart mostly down-to-earth people, quality work. Also a strong leadership team.

      Cons

      Lots of turnover in the Account group. Focused on B2B work mostly, though largest client is consumer.
