      Pros

      I love working at PKWARE, a very transparent organization compared to ones I have worked with in the past. The company continues to invest in R&D on both existing and new products. A very team orientated culture where everyone is invested in helping others succeed. Leadership trusts employees to do the right thing.

      Since being acquired by TSCP, the company has better leadership and a management structure focused on profitable, controlled growth. Product innovation is tied to generating customer value.

      Cons

      Can't really speak to any cons ... unless working autonomously and understanding how your role impacts the overall revenue and the trajectory of the company is not something you're comfortable with.
