      - Values daily work ethic and attitude, rather than past experience or degrees. - Embraces a warm company culture that treats employees like family. - Always room to grow and get promoted. - Never a boring day, every day comes with new tasks and challenges. - Respected visions: saving the planet with LED lighting, and helping business/schools reopen with post-covid operations. - Friendly 3 on 3 basketball sessions after work for team bonding!

      - The culture at work seems like everyone is pushing their limits to get things done- continuously working on overdrive and high demand. - Employees have to wear a lot of hats on the job! - Always learning and breaking out of your comfort zone.

      Pros

      Positive environment, friendly and good coworkers. Reasonable and understanding when you have emergencies. Quality products that went into professional sports stadiums and Boeing plants, which means you honestly recommend the products to the customers. Management cares about sharing success with employees. Office has awesome guard dog that makes us feel safe.

      Cons

      Small business so everyone's busy wearing many hats. You'd need to take initiative in order to learn & succeed.
