Pros

I like the projects and my colleagues are awesome. There are about 25 employees at the moment and the people are either chill out or joking around, so the mood is great. I'm learning a lot and have creative freedom, which I like. I have not done any overtime so far so I'd say that the work\life balance is pretty good. The benefits and salary are all right too. The team is expanding, more new projects are coming in.

Cons

Sometimes stuff is last minute a little but that's anywhere.

I was just an amateur 3D artist and Playmind gave me my chance. I am really grateful for the chance that I have been given to become what I am today. I'm very proud of the game we made, this is a big achievement!
