      Pros

      Very family like, very knowledgeable, everyone in corporate work very well with each other, no drama at all. Easy to get your work done and easy to go above and beyond.

      Cons

      Seriously there are none. They might be making people get vaccinated now but that's all.

      Salary was very different for everyone. Though most people had no experience in the field a lot of the leasing professionals started at different amounts.
