      Pros

      Great leadership team that truly cares. WFH! You get to work with various clients and work with team members across the globe. Great work life balance. Company really embodies their core values.

      Cons

      The only con I can think of are the benefits offered. Medical benefits are pricey if enrolling a family.

      Pros

      POMteam's culture is amazing. The team is welcoming, communicative, and transparent. We have well defined work and my responsibilities are clear.

      Cons

      Not everyone is ready for the autonomy a company this size provides but I love working like this We are a fast moving business and things change rapidly but this also give you the opportunity to make an impact.
