Pros

I’ve read some mixed reviews about PF Clothing, but as a graphic designer working on their online team, my experience was really positive. I got to work on digital banners, emails, and product visuals that actually went live. It was great for building my portfolio. Some say communication is not the best, but I found that if you are proactive and bring ideas to the table, the team listens. I felt supported and learned a lot from feedback on real campaigns. Yes, deadlines could be tight and schedules shifted during big promos, but that is expected in e-commerce. The pace helped me get faster and more confident as a designer. PF was based in LA and had a fast, trend-driven style. If you are coming out of a Nevada state school and expecting something slower paced, it might not be the right fit. The creative expectations were high and the work moved quickly. The pay was fair for entry level, but the real value was the experience. If you are creative and want hands-on design work for a growing brand, PF Clothing can be a great step forward.

Pros

I found POP Fit to be a great place to work. It can be demanding at times but your hard work will be recognized & rewarded. The company's commitment to inclusivity & body positivity definitely trickles down to its team members.

Cons

Certain aspects in the company are too regimented and tend to display a lack of trust.

Pros

Organized files and project system here and easy to communicate with my manager for reviews and feedback. Project expectations were clear and open to a lot of creativity and experimentation with design choices which was fun. They give you space to be responsible for your own work rather than micromanaging every second of your day. If you share ideas for improvement or take initiative to help your coworkers you'd get promoted. Saw a few while I was there including managers. First time as a designer I ever got breaks - 2 10min breaks we all took together was new for me. Nice office. Fun outings with the company. 75% discount and you can wear the product to work comfortably. Overall one of the most creative jobs I've had.

Cons

Fast-paced and projects can change quickly. No remote options. Some of my team when I was there were a little quiet and didn't really participate or brainstorm when we had our weekly team meetings. Lots of bagel breakfasts and cake which were hard to turn down!
