      Pros

      Awesome team to work with, passionate leaders, great company culture. Everyone works hard and there is support when needed. Growth opportunities unmatched

      Cons

      Very fast paced, need to give your all. Not a con, but if you’re not ready to give 100% it’s not the place for you. If you enjoy working with people very invested in success at all levels, you will love it.

      POS360 is an incredible company to be part of. The culture is collaborative, supportive, and genuinely people-first. Leadership is transparent and always open to new ideas, which makes you feel valued from day one. The team is talented, friendly, and driven, creating an environment where you can learn a lot and grow quickly. Work-life balance is respected, and the flexibility offered makes it easy to manage personal and professional life. Honestly, I never once looked at a clock and dreaded being there.

      Cons

      Nothing major—like any fast-growing company, some processes are still evolving, but leadership actively works on improving things, and employee feedback is taken seriously.
