Pros

I had great exposure to the extensive business operations of this company, and my colleagues in the office were very friendly. Additionally, the company pays well.

Cons

I believe that the other departments working in the same office as us tend to be rigid and inflexible. It seems that they uphold unnecessary old bureaucratic systems, which create a vintage culture that is not appealing to young talents nowadays.
