Pros

Great management team, they were driven to learn and increase the reach of the company software.

Cons

Pay was not on par with the industry, benefits were lacking anything for the long term.

Pros

The environment is great and I work with people who really care about their work and each other. There's an open door policy with management, which is nice. I feel like I'm heard here.

Cons

Could be more competitive salary wise, but our benefits are pretty good.

Pros

- The best work environment I've ever had. Coming to work doesn't feel like work. - PPM understands that people have lives outside of work, so the flexible hours are a huge plus. - Regular social events that most employees attend. - Located downtown, so the majority of errands can be done during lunch or after work. - There isn't an "us" versus "them" mentality. - The office is very open so collaboration comes naturally.

Cons

- The wages could be more competitive.
