In addition to your base rate of $87.17 you get…$11/hr to 401k, $2.16/hr to HRA, 100% funded medical for your entire family (even if you have 6 kids there is no premium), and participation in the IBEW Defined Pension Plan Company is focused on safety and also works on improving employee morale with swag and perks scattered about. 8hr days, OT is not mandatory

Working conditions are dirty (it’s construction, deal with it.) General working hazards in construction.
