Users say... "The pay is so high because you're going to be yelled at constantly while dealing with unrealistic job expectations and poor management." "Supervisors are always in eachother cubicle, property gets stolen and they don’t do investigation, spanish reps barely get days off, favoritism is very strong, supervisors can barely help people, rumors are spread throughout the center about reps, cannot have your phone, they change the number on the boards to make it seem less busy, the traning is not done in a way to help reps." "No training to move up in the company." "Yet at the same time someone that doesn't know how to do their job and puts out cruddy work will get a promotion to 'make them look good' and get transferred to another manager." "There is no communication within the company from senior managment down including the lack of communication witin the same division."
