Pros
Besides networking and informative speakers, we have training as well as committees the help us hone our skills.
Cons
It's over an hour commute for me! The other con is that all these great people/resources land jobs quicker than average, so there is a high turnover!

Pros
Most of the services which came over from the DOL: courses, lectures, resume review, mock interview. Also provide digital photographs. And social events. And weekly meetings.
Cons
Some of the weekly speakers are of questionable value.
