      Pros

      Management is very driven. Great benefits and recognition with the bonuses Like a big family with good work-life balance and flexibility. HR is knowledgeable and relates to employees in a very personal way. Getting to learn new skills...wear many hats

      Cons

      Unpredictable deadlines Hard to move up or around within the company since it is based on very specific contracts with the government

      PTFS is one of the best companies to work for in the area.

      Pros

      The management of this company is fantastic. Expertise in the respective department personnel is outstanding. Benefits are great and management continually strive to make adjustments to enhance employee welfare. The working environment is relaxed and the management encourages employee contribution and participation. The company pays particular attention to employee wellness.
