      Pros

      Working for and at PVE in their environmental services division was the foundation of my career. They bred a constructive environment in which I could feel comfortable asking questions and learning from mistakes. I felt supported and seen during my time there. The company culture is unmatched in my opinion. I made some life long friends while working there.

      Cons

      The pay can be a little below what is expected, same with the raise schedule. However, the money PVE put into their employees and their growth is worth a lot.
