If you are dedicated in developing your skills, then you will have ample of opportunities.(Company provides customized courses as per your interest and roles). * Good number of projects. * Training programs which makes you ready for the Assignments. * Team Building activities (Cricket , Lunch , etc.) * Leadership is open for suggestions and discussions, which makes me really feel part of the team.

I would say the traffic in Hinjewadi phase 2 , Other than that I feel this is the right place for me now.
