-Highly underpaid for the type of job
-2 week on-call rotations (back-up then primary)
-low price on-call incentive.
-no balance between work / life. ( on-call is often 100 - 140 hours a pay period)
-paid training is minimum wage
-Management lets you talk, but won't hear your concerns, but demand to act as if all is ok.
-feels as though management favors sales advisers and office attendants over techs
-dispatch can inconveniently change calls around to benefit other techs.
-felt I had to lie to customers to press them on system replacement.
