Pros

I have been with PP for several years before leaving for another company. I left because I wanted a more flexible WFH arrangement, as WFH at PP was based on request (no fixed days). After joining the new company, I realized how much I missed the culture at PP. The support from my colleagues and management, and the way everyone helps each other, made a big difference. PP feels like home to me and my colleagues are more like friends and family. I decided to return to PP, and I am very thankful that the company welcomed me back with open arms. The whole process was smooth and easy. I am happy to be back, enjoy what I do and feel that I truly belong here.

Cons

No major concerns. If there is one area for improvements, it would be to review and enhance employee benefits.

Pros

Great career growth, I feel this company cares and wants to grow. Im currently a consultant and supporting expats in my native language which is what the insurance industry needs. Career progression excites me, I can see people who care and support are offered management opportunities.

Cons

Unfortunately even after months of training and support, some people leave this company bitter and post nasty reviews.

Pros

Great office culture with friendly, supportive, and fun colleagues that make work enjoyable. I’ve learned a lot professionally, and there are plenty of opportunities to grow. The company invests in its people, recognizes hard work, and has an ambitious vision that keeps things exciting and progressive.

Cons

The company is always driving improvements and new initiatives, which is great for growth but can sometimes result in a heavy workload and a fast-paced environment.
