Pros

There has been something magical about working at Pack Health. Maybe it’s the leadership, maybe it’s the employees, maybe it’s the mission, or maybe it’s all of the above. I’ve never seen a group of individuals who care more about the mission or its people and I’m sad that the magic couldn’t keep the doors open after the parent company pulled the plug.

Cons

Communication could be better but that is true anywhere.

Wonderful team of people. Great Supervisors. They give you a chance to learn and grow. This is a great place to work if you have children. The core value of this team is empathy.

Cons

The pay is okay, but a little low if you work remotely and reside outside of Alabama.
