Pros

Package All is a great place to work. If you do your job you will be recognized. They celebrate every one's birthday, company milestones and care about employees. I like working for Package All- Many good things to come!

Cons

Fast growing company can at times be a challenge. You have to do your job. Must had good attendance and show up for work on time with a good attitude.

Pros

Package All goes out of their way to treat their employees like family. Company picnics, holiday parties (with a bonus :) ), birthdays off, company lunches, etc. And the benefits are great. Package All has a lot of opportunity and room to grow, if you're willing to put in the work. They often promote from within because they truly appreciate self-motivated, hard workers, that put the company's best interest first. You get what you put in. I hope to retire here!

Cons

Sometimes the AC gets too cold.
