The management at Paligroup is incredible - the people are all kind and very compassionate. Pros include really great benefits, opportunity for movement/promotions, opportunity for lateral movements at other locations, and open communication with management

Cons

Struggles seasonally, as with other hospitality groups. Not all roles are incredibly reliable during the winter months
