Lots of projects to work on, great people, good benefits, 401k matching, social events, no crunch, great work/life balance.

Pros
Very professional team with many industry veterans to learn from. Plenty of high profile projects to work on. No excessive bureaucracy and decisions are made quickly. Great place for programmers who want to master how things work on the platform side. They care about people and relationships. Top notch hardware and furniture.
Cons
Can't seem to find major downsides. Maybe some people would like to have more in-house projects.
